PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Terminal Lease ADA-32565 covering Room ND112, consisting of 793 s.f. in the North Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. APPLICANT: Nippon Cargo Airlines Co Ltd. TERM: July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. Current Terminal rent rate is $86.85/s.f./yr.
