Respondents should specialize in identifying methods for increasing regional energy and water savings activities in the public sector and should have extensive knowledge and working experience with public sector energy and water management benchmarking, education, activities, partnerships, and resulting taxpayer dollar savings. Respondents should also have an extensive understanding of emissions reduction data to quantify impacts on regional air quality data. The anticipated schedule of events pertaining to this solicitation is as follows: Issuance of RFP –July 28, 2022, after 10:00 a.m. CT; Questions Due – August 4, 2022, 2:00 p.m. CT; Official Responses to Questions posted –August 11, 2022, or as soon thereafter as practical; Proposals Due – August 22, 2022, 2:00 p.m. CT; Contract Execution –September 14, 2022, or as soon thereafter as practical; Commencement of Services – September 15, 2022, or as soon thereafter as practical.
