The Contractor will provide strategic advice and technical support to the Program's external communications effort. This effort includes, but is not limited to, providing conceptual equivalence for the different language groups to convey appropriate Hazardous Waste Management information and to improve the Program’s external facing communications on hazardous waste use, storage, and disposal. The Contractor shall also be prepared to provide multicultural and multilingual services that are in line with King County’s Equity and Social Justice Strategic Plan - King County, Hazardous Waste Management Program’s Racial

Equity Strategic Plan, and the Hazardous Waste Management Program’s Language Justice Policy.
