The space is intended to promote innovative food solutions

for local chefs, cooks, bakers, private caterers, and food entrepreneurs and will act as a culinary hub and food incubator for Downtown Brampton.The objective of the bid call is to invite Contractors to bid on the project to complete the renovation of the interior space as well as provide all necessary rough-ins to accommodate the kitchen equipment as detailed and noted per the architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications issued.Substantial completion must be achieved by March 2024.
