HOUSING BOND – MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS WANTED The City of San Antonio and Office of Urban Renewal San Antonio are seeking Request for Proposals (including a Competitive Sealed Bid component specifically for the purchase of land to comply with Texas Urban Renewal Statute) for the combined purchase and redevelopment of a 7.1 acre tract of real property located at 3830 Parkdale Street into a multi-family rental housing development with a focus on affordable/Workforce Housing. Responses to be addressed to TCI Contract Services, 719 S. Santa Rosa, San Antonio, TX 78204 will be received for the Neighborhood Improvements Housing Bond for the 2017-2022 General Obligation Bond Program RFP# RFPNHSD09202018. Responses will be received at the Office of the City Clerk until 2:00 P.M. on Friday, November 2, 2018. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Submission Conference will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at 10:00 A.M. in the Central Library Auditorium located at 600 S.
