LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF ACTON REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS OWNER’S PROJECT MANAGER May 7, 2024 - 1075The Town of Acton (“Town”) invites qualified applicants to submit proposals to provide Owner’s Project Management Services for the design, bidding, and construction for the electrification of the Acton Town Hall (ATH), 472 Main Street. All applicants must submit in complete conformance with this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document. This RFQ shall be governed by the designer selection law, M.G.L. Chapter 7C, Sections 44 to 58 and M.G.L., Chapter 149, Section 44A1⁄2. Sealed proposal submissions must be received and registered by the Office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, 472 Main Street, Acton, MA 01720 by May 7, 2024, 2023 at 2:00PM. No proposals will be accepted after the time and date noted. Copies of the RFQ a package will be available beginning April 10, 2024 at www.Projectdog.com, and will be available until submission deadline.
