The City of Springfield is requesting proposals for the redevelopment of various vacant lots. The City is soliciting

proposals from developers interest in undertaking a development project or expanding an existing project or property. Please be advised, proposers are NOT required to bid on all properties contained in the list below. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
