needed are available from only one responsible qualified source at this time and no other type of property or services will satisfy these needs.The USDA-APHIS-PPQ-S&T CPHST Beltsville lab uses the consumables listed above and cannot be substituted. Substitution of consumables would violate the ISO accreditation and invalidate any tests produced from the lab.
