NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE The U.S Government Printing Office intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price contract to Assurance Data, Inc., 2681 West Pike Road, Indiana, PA 15701, for hardware and software for new SID SECAPS firewall systems for the GPO HQ and SPF SECAPS. Assurance Data is responsible for providing hardware and software for new SID SECAPS firewall systems for the GPO HQ and SPF SECAPS application environments, along with professional services for assisting GPO technical staff in the installation, configuration and production activation of this hardware and software; and to ensure GPO personnel have technical support on the operations of the system. This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures per MMAR 13.This is not a request for competitive quotes, but serves as a procurement notice to fulfill public posting requirements in accordance with MMAR 5.101(a)(2). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored.
