The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain bathroom renovation services for for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at Kleiststr. 3, 14163 Berlin.The prices listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit.
