Project Description:This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cayman Islands Government (“CIG”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction of New classrooms and Renovation of Existing Classrooms at Red Bay Primary School, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Department of Education Services (DES), Cayman Island Government (CIG) is seeking general contractors to submit quotations for the Construction of the

Red Bay Primary School Classroom Extension, which is located on Block 23 C Parcel 88, Shamrock Road. The works comprises the construction of one (1) main block comprising of three classrooms and 1 bathroom block.
