Hopeful Road Street Improvements

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS The City of Florence will receive bids Thursday, December 8th, 2022, at 10:20 am. Local time at the Florence Government Center, 8100 Ewing Boulevard, Florence, KY 41042 for the Hopeful Road Street Improvements. This project shall include all material, labor, equipment and installation required to complete all element(s). Each sealed bid shall be accompanied by either a cashier’s check or satisfactory bid bond, in a sum, which is not less than five (5%) percent of the aggregate amount of the bid, payable to the City of Florence. Successful bidder will be required to execute and to provide construction contract security in an amount not less than one hundred percent of the bid. All bids must be made on the required Bid Form. Two completed copies of the Bid Form are required. Contractors shall register with Viox & Viox, Inc. to qualify as a bidder. No substitution of Contractors shall occur without change of registration. format or hard copies, may be ordered starting Monday, November 28, 2022, from the office of the Engineer, Viox & Viox, Inc., for a cost of $75.00 each set, by calling Sandy McMillan on 859-727-3293, ext. 2011 or Kim Michaelis, ext. 2026. If hard copies are requested, they must be ordered and paid in advance by credit card and can either be mailed or picked up in the foyer at Viox & Viox next business day (no contact). Viox will waive any additional charges for mailing and handling.
