Landscape Mulch Contract for Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BNIA)

Project Description: SCOPE: Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BNIA) is seeking proposals for the purchase, delivery and installation of mulch for the airport’s landscaped areas for the 2024 through 2028 spring seasons. This includes mulching of all planting beds, trees, shrubs and unplanted utility and median strips at the BNIA. The service date for mulch installation starts around or about June 1st when landside irrigation startup and pre-emergent weed control applications have been completed. Project must be completed no later than July 1st of each year of the contract. GOALS: MBE 0%, WBE 0%, SDVOB 0% PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE / SITE INSPECTION: A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held on MARCH 28, 2024, AT 11:30 AM. The prospective contractor is required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal. Proponents must register to attend.
