48 FW Unify Phone Upgrade

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation reflecting the U.S. Government's intent to award a sole source contract to MCS of Tampa, Inc for a Command and Control (C2) Dispatch System Upgrade. This is in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) for soliciting from a single source. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.In accordance with FAR 5.207(c) (16)(i), all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.The 48th Fighter Wing (FW) Command Post (CP) have a requirement for a Command and Control (C2) Dispatch System upgrade to be supplied and installed at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom, that meets the minimum specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).Please see:Attachment 0001 – Statement of Work (SOW)Attachment 0002 – Quote SheetAttachment 0003 - Sole Source Justification
