Credible Messenger/Transformational Mentoring Statewide Framework This Request for Applications (RFA) is to assist the Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) in seeking qualified applicants to adopt, implement and deliver a regionally specific, transformational mentoring process for power group (gang) intervention through the, nationally recognized, recently enhanced by Credible Messenger Mentoring Movement (CM3), Credible Messenger approach. This model provides a power group, prevention and intervention program for young people and families in their home communities.
