Solicitation Description: Executive SummaryHHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish Contract(s) for the lease of a new (must not be refurbished) four-color, high-speed printing press including rigging, installation, training, and as needed and emergency repair and maintenance services for HHS Printing Services.Mandatory Site Survey: The respondent shall conduct a mandatory site survey of the installation site prior to the bid opening date to ensure respondent has complete understanding of the project scope and to enable prospective
respondent to create the mandatory shop drawing to fulfill solicitation requirement. Prospective respondents shall contact the HHSC representative listed in the Invitation for Bids (IFB) to schedule a site survey. Respondent’s representative shall complete a sign-in sheet to document they have fulfilled the mandatory site survey requirement.Contract TermAny contract resulting from this Solicitation will have a term beginning November 1, 2021 and expiring November 1, 2028. Optional Pre-proposal ConferenceHHSC will conduct a webinar vendor conference on the date and time identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page), or on the date and time established in subsequent Addenda.
