DESCRIPTION / SPECIFICATIONS / WORK STATEMENT GENERAL INFORMATION The Riverside National Cemetery located at 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518, has a requirement for complete Grounds Maintenance services. Offeror shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide Interment and complete Grounds Maintenance Services at the Riverside National Cemetery, hereby known as the Cemetery . PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Cemetery Address Acreage Riverside National Cemetery 22495 Van Buren Blvd Riverside, CA 92518 355 Developed Acres 275 Turf Acres 7 Acres Vegetation Control CONTRACT OBJECTIVES To use an innovative and creative technical approach to manage the grounds maintenance operation at the Cemetery to maintain the high standards of appearance as a National Shrine, in accordance with the National Cemetery Administration National Shrine Commitment Operational Standards and Measures (Version 5.1 July 2014) and standard commercial practices. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE AREAS The physical area of the Cemetery includes the cemetery proper, structures, paving, and landscaped grounds, maintenance areas, roadways, storm water facilities, perimeter landscaped areas, an underground irrigation system, forested lands, and all of its landscape elements. A portion of the cemetery may be under renovation by another Offeror at any time; and specific grounds maintenance activities may be under separate contract with another vendor.
