Navy Selection and Classification Support Services

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, s intends to solicit on a sole source basis with Peraton, Inc. to provide support services to the Director, Navy Selection and Classification Office, through analysis of alternative Navy Selection and Classification standards, policies, algorithms and business process reengineering techniques. The analytical support services will include conducting studies and analyses to inform continued development and enhancement of current selection and classification tools, rating entry standards, processes, and technologies (including RIDE, JOIN and SCORE). The Navy intends to solicit for a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee type order. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with Peraton under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541511 with size standard of $27.5M. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 25 May 2022. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
