delivery, and instruction on behalf of Enterprise Talent Development (“Responders” hereafter) to increase professional and leadership capacity for senior level and executive leaders. Preferred models include cohort-based design with topics aligned to our Leadership Competency Model appropriate to each audience. This solicitation may result in multiple award contracts to qualified Responders. The State anticipates the resulting contracts will be for an initial term of two years beginning July 1, 2024, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods. Cost proposal instructions: responders must enter a price of $.01 in the Price per Unit field for Line 1 in order to submit a response to the RFP. Responders must also complete and upload all attached appendices. All questions will be emailed to mark.hill@state.mn.us by 3/19/24 and will be answered via an addendum to this event by 3/19/24. Event ends 3/29/24. THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. No Non-electronic or email responses will be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. Your bid is not submitted until you select the ‘Submit Bid’ button.
