COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATIONThe U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP)purchase order contract for the rental of a Portable Water Boiler for Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) in accordance withthe Statement of Work (SOW) contained in this solicitation.1. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format inFederal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 –SimplifiedAcquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcementconstitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is 100% setaside for small business.2. This solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses, are those in effect through FederalAcquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04, effective 30JAN2022, and Defense Federal Acquisition RegulationSupplement

(DFARS) DPN 20220228, effective 28FEB2022. The complete text of any of the provisions and clausesmay be accessed in full text at www.acquistion.gov.3. The corresponding NAICS code is 332410; the small business size standard in 750 employees; and the ProductService Code (PSC) is 4410.4. Acceptable quotes shall meet all requirements of the SOW and terms and conditions of this RFQ. All quotes shallinclude technical specifications of the proposed portable water bolier to be considered an acceptable quote. Awardwill be made to the lowest price offer that meets all technical requirements, terms of this RFQ and is determined tobe a responsible contractor.5. Delivery: Vendor provide the Portable Water Boiler in accordance with the SOW and provide an estimateddelivery date. All work, deliveries, and acceptance will be FOB destination. The rental period shall be for six (6)months.6.
