HVAC Maintenance Service Contract

Work under this contract shall consist of: servicing, repairing, and installation of non-boiler HVAC equipment at twenty-two school and municipal buildings. The estimated annual value of the project is $30,000. The term of this Contract shall extend from February 15, 2021 through June 30, 2021. The Town shall have the option, at its sole discretion to renew this Contract for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, with no change in the Contract price or conditions.
