this Sources Sought Announcement for boundary line maintenance located at the aforementioned sites within the Naugatuck River Basin in Connecticut. This announcement is to determine interest, availability and capability of HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Small Business concerns for this project. This notice is also to determine the potential impact to industry due to consolidation.Project Description: This project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and the labor to inspect, clear, and mark the boundary lines at six (6) USACE flood control properties in the Naugatuck River Basin, CT.  Work includes locating boundary monuments and clearing a four (4) foot wide swath between monuments to provide line of sight.  Vegetation may include grass, tree limbs, and saplings.Interested firms should submit a capabilities package to include the following: business classification (i.e. HUBZone, small business, etc.), experience in boundary line maintenance, and what type of equipment would be utilized for this project. Please indicate your subcontractor team that will be used to support your effort and include their prior experience. The Government intends to consolidate the maintenance tasks at each location into one contract. Interested parties are requested to indicate the following regarding the intent to consolidate this requirement:-Can your firm successfully perform the work at each location as part of one contract?-Should the requirement be broken up into separate contracts for each location?-Would there be a cost savings were the project to be consolidated or separated?Responses are limited to twenty pages. Interested firms shall provide the above documentation in an electronic copy. The Government will not pay for any material provided in response to this market survey nor return the data provided.
