Gravel Crush and Stockpile Synopsis:
2018 Gravel Crushing and Stockpiling – RM588-18-01
Tenders will be accepted for the purpose of gravel crushing and stockpiling in the RM of Meadow Lake #588. The gravel pits are located at S-14-61-21-W3 and also at NW-30-58-15-W3. The Municipality requires 50,000 yards at S-14-61-21-W3 with 30,000 yards from the to be stockpiled at 2 different locations and also 10,000 yards to be crushed at NW-30-58-15-W3 for a total of 60,000 yards. All gravel is to be crushed to 105 specifications. Crushing and stockpiling to be completed by February 28, 2018. The municipality will hire a third party to measure the piles after the gravel has been crushed and stockpiled and the payment will be made on the third parties measurements. Tenders will be accepted until January 8, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. Please include a “letter of good standing” from Saskatchewan WCB with the tender. PST clearances from the Province of Saskatchewan will also be required prior to any payment being made. Council reserves the right to reject any and all tenders. Lowest tender may not necessarily be accepted.
