The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to perform Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Design and Plan Development, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and Staking as needed) and Construction Phase

Services. Additional Services such as Geotechnical Services and Pavement Design may also be included if deemed necessary. INDOT will provide Land Acquisition Services for these projects, if necessary. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date of this RFP item.
