The University of Massachusetts - Lowell, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Charter Bus Companies to bid on Charter Bus Service for our Athletics Department. The purpose of this request is to enter into an agreement with a Company, which can provide the maximum value to the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Athletics Department, by providing charter bus services, in the form of coach bus throughout New England and the surrounding area and shuttle service to/from surrounding airports.
