Copier and Color Paper and Other Products and Services

Lewisville ISD on behalf of the Educational Purchasing Cooperative of North Texas (EPCNT)members is requesting proposals for the procurement of copier/printer paper, color paper and other related products and services. There are currently over eighty (80) EPCNT member districts that can participate in this bid. On average, the EPCNT members order approximately 204,320 cases of paper annually; however, this is not a guarantee of future orders. By responding to this bid, you are agreeing to the EPCNT interlocal agreement to extend your terms and conditions and pricing to all current and future EPCNT members. Districts and EPCNT in this bid document refer to school districts and educational institutions that are members of the Educational Purchasing Cooperative of North Texas (EPCNT). This bid will be available for all members of the Educational Purchasing Cooperative of North Texas to utilize. A list of current members can be found at the coop's website at
