I. DESCRIPTION OF WORK- The contractor shall furnish all transportation, equipment, labor, and supplies to perform custodial services at the Center Hill Resident Office and Annex buildingII. DESCRIPTION OF WORK AREA- The total areas of the Center Hill Resident Office building and Annex building are approximately 4,023 square feet and 1,632 square feet respectively (Appendix B). III. CONTRACTOR-FURNISHED PROPERTY- The Contractor shall furnish all transportation, labor, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the services.
