Contractor Owned Contractor Operated Retail Fuel Site on MCB Quantico, VA

The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is to locate sources for the acquisition of services to build, manage, and operate a retail fuel facility on MCB Quantico, VA. The contractor is responsible for and furnishing as required all personnel, equipment, material and/or facilities necessary for providing ground fuel services. The contractor shall provide retail fuel dispensing services for commercial grade gasoline, E85 alternative fuel, and commercial grade diesel.
