15--Skydio X2E Blanket Purchase Agreement

The Department of Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate intends to negotiate a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to purchase Skydio X2E Unmanned Aerial System (UAS), Skydio Next Generation and any future versions and other equipment needed for DOI operations (batteries, chargers, future Ground Control Stations, tablets, controllers, etc.). Skydio X2E and Skydio Next Generation meet and/or exceed the Office of Aviation (OAS) standards and requirements for a UAS for autonomous asset inspection that allow for 3D model scans in high resolution. This UAS complies with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2020 and the NDAA Fiscal Year 2023. NDAA Fiscal Year 2023 amended section 848 of the NDAA Fiscal Year 2020 which remains in effect.This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services to the Contracting Officer by the response date of this notice. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
