Dorchester County is seeking bids for the Pump Station #4 Force Main Upgrade Project - Phase 1 (SCIIP Grant #A-23-C054), which includes construction of approximately 3,617 LF of 30-inch and 133 LF of 24-inch force main and appurtenances. The new force mains include 855 LF of 30-inch force main installed by horizontal directional drilling. This project is being supported with U.S. Department of the Treasury, American Rescue Plan, Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other Federal requirements are attached to this
