Documents availability: April 8, 2024 Pre-Bid Conference: April 18, 2024 Bid Submission Deadline: May 13, 2024 at 2:00PM A Pre-Bid Conference shall be held at Francis Walsh Intermediate School, 185 Damascus Road, Branford, CT on Thursday April 18, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the walk-thru will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. All Requests for Information (RFI) for interpretations and/or clarifications to the Bid

Documents and Contract Documents must be submitted in writing to John Hoefferle at the Town of Branford, email: jhoefferle@branford-ct.gov. All RFI’s must be received by May 1, 2024 at end of business day. The last addenda, if required will be issued in writing no later than Five (5) days prior to the Bid Opening Date. May 8, 2024 will be the final day for issuing Addenda. Bids will be received and accepted until 2:00 p.m. local time Monday, May 13, 2024 at the Branford Town Hall, 1019 Main St., Branford, CT 06405 (Finance Department). Bids received after the time indicated above will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud approximately 1 hour after the Bid receipt time states above at the Branford Fire Department, 45 N. Main St. Branford, CT 06405 (2nd floor conference room).
