NOTE: Solicitation Amendment 0001 Extended the Quotation Response Due Date to 4/28/2017 at 12 p.m. EST.The Monitoring and Evaluation Division of the MCC Department of Policy and Evaluation is seeking an Independent Consultant to assist in post-Compact monitoring and evaluation of the Jordan water and wastewater Compact. The overall scope of this requirement is to support MCC's M&E activities by providing ad hoc, expert guidance in the area of water and sanitation monitoring and evaluation. The Consultant shall work with the MoPIC Monitoring and Evaluation Director and support the MCC Monitoring and Evaluation Lead for Jordan on a variety of tasks as they arise related to the monitoring and evaluation of the Jordan Compact. When necessary, the Consultant will also collaborate with MCC's independent evaluator.
