Request for Proposal No. RFP092004: Environmental Land Use Consultant for BTA V Capital Levy Planning Until: October 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. The Seattle School District No.1 (the District) is requesting proposals for an Environmental Land Use Consultant to prepare documents required by the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for the State of Washington. This is in relation to new construction, replacement, addition, and modernization projects at approximately 10 school facilities in the City of Seattle. The Request for Proposal will be available starting on September 23, 2020 at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc.
