Student Activity Fund Accounting Solution

THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS NOTICE.  THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ).DoDEA requires cloud-based, vendor-hosted SAF solution for our 40 high schools and 24 of our middle schools—a total of 64 accounts.  DoDEA expects to award one contract for a base year and four option years. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13 and will be set aside for small business and may result in a single or multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract award(s) with a one year base with four 12 month option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 518210 - Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services.  Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management prior to submitting quotes. The RFQ, HE125420Q0033, and all attachments necessary to prepare a quote(s) will be available on beta.SAM.gov on or about June 22, 2020, with a tentative closing date of on or about July 22, 2020.  It is the responsibility of the potential vendors to monitor beta.SAM.gov for any information that may pertain to a future solicitation.  No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be
