The work shall consist of furnishing all equipment, tools, labor, supervision, chemicals, materials, transportation and all effort necessary to thoroughly decontaminate and clean all grease, dirt, and other flammable or combustible substances in an exhaust system, which includes hoods, filters, ducts, and fans.
