This project consists of the replacement of the City’s SCADA system to be procured from and developed within the Inductive Automation Ignition Framework with input from City operations staff. The major portions of the work include, but are not limited to: 1. The Ignition Ultimate Unlimited Package is anticipated to be the minimum required package to complete the project, with additions to or deletions from the package coming after award of contract and initial discussion with City staff. Respondents should include the cost of procurement for this package in their quotations. 2. TotalI/O for the system, including addition of the remote conveyance sites is expected to be 14,500. 3. Provide for the reliable operation of wastewater collection, delivery, and treatment. 4. The existing logic control format shall be used for implementation of the new SCADA system. 5. Replacement of existing SCADA servers and workstations with modern hardware and operating systems. 6. It is assumed that most auxiliary network equipment and instrumentation will remain the same; however, if alterations or additions are found to be required for the proposed new system, the Respondent shall highlight the equipment necessary in their proposal. 7. Provide full documentation, such that the programming of SCADA related software is not reliant upon a single individual programmer or organization. 8. Integration of the following components into the proposed SCADA system: -Existing Plant functions and monitoring capabilities -Monitoring and control of conveyance system consisting of 18 lift stations -Alarm/notification system with voice, text message and/or email capability -History and trending capabilities to interphase with LIMS and State Reporting -Remote access to system -Unique logins for up to 10 users 9. Procure and integrate a new LIMS platform based on Sample Master Pro Web for 5 users. 10. Maintain connection and operability of Ekster SRT/DO Control
