Bridge and Tunnel Inventory and Inspection Software BackGround:The DEPARTMENT is soliciting SERVICE PROVIDER to provide a National Bridge Inventory (NBI) and National Tunnel Inventory (NTI), Specification for National Bridge Inspection Standards (SNBI), and Emergency Inspection software solutions. The DEPARTMENT requires a Bridge (NBI)/ Tunnel Inspection Inventory (NTI) software solution to allow Bridge and Tunnel Inspection staff and its consultants to meet federal requirements. The United States Congress created the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS), (23 CFR Part 650 Subpart C) in 1971, establishing federal regulations requiring bridge safety inspections of all highway bridges located on public roads within the United States.Project Scope:The DEPARTMENT is soliciting SERVICE PROVIDER to provide a National Bridge Inventory (NBI) and National Tunnel Inventory (NTI), Specification for National Bridge Inventory (SNBI), and Emergency Inspection software solutions.
