Services include, but are not limited to: warehousing data stored in the application and added to the application through the fiscal year; supporting of the software application to the level of functionality required by the department (maintenance); enhancement of the software application to maintain productivity, and connectivity

requirements for multiple applications; document conversion, indexing and importing services; professional project management, technical support and programming services.
