Goal Participation: This solicitation is open to the general marketplace. Basis of Award: Total Price Bid (Bidder must bid on all line items to be considered for award). Living Wage Requirements Certification: This contract is subject to the Living Wage Ordinance. Refer to Living Wage Ordinance requirement for additional information. Bid Allowance Items: This solicitation includes pass-thru allowances. It is not necessary for Bidder to add the allowance amount into the bid prices. BidSync will automatically
add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and will it will be reflected on the final bid tabulation. Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through BidSync by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Bid Sync. Submittals: Vendor’s solicitation response must be submitted electronically through BidSync. It is the Vendor’s sole responsibility to assure its response is submitted and received through BidSync by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through Bid Sync, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact BidSync for technical Assistance.
