Interior Upgrades Project Description :This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an interior upgrades at 579 & 583 Princeton Dr., Thompson, MB further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”). CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be: Contract Administrator: Nicole Doherty Email: cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal. Site Visit: Proponents who wish to see the site are to email the project coordinator at Gazi.Rahman@gov.mb.ca. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD, the Owner’s representatives or other third parties at the site visit unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing. Deadline for questions July 26, 2023. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address. Bid submission deadline is August 3, 2023 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT.
