The Government reserves the right to make award to the responsible vendor whose offer is both responsive and conforming to requirements in the item description below to represent the best overall price to the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA520524QB015; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2023-06, DFARS Change 12/22/2023, and DAFAC 2023-0707. This acquisition will be competed via the open commercial market IAW FAR 12.203 and FAR 13.5.Quotes are due no later than 1:00 PM Japan Standard Time, 15 April 2024. Failure to provide quotes before the listed date and time may result in a quote being considered untimely, and the company considered unresponsive.
