Respondents must be Licensed Mold Remediation Contractors and able to remediate mold and clean heating ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems serving FSU buildings. Remediation tasks will include the effective and safe removal of mold and mold-contaminated materials from building HVAC systems and systems components as needed such as air handling units (AHUs), ductwork, fan coil units (FCUs), variable air volume box terminal units (VAVs), reheat coils etc. as well as other affected materials such as dry wall, carpet, etc. The University expects the Respondent to be able to perform per the scope of work defined within this ITN and comply with all health, safety and environmental applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, rules, codes, licenses, ordinances, and standards as well as the condition of any permits. Overall, the successful Respondent will provide the University with a comprehensive and competitive solution to support its operations by providing a healthier environment for building users and occupants.
