The United States Air Force (USAF) Air Mobility Command (AMC) is seeking a host server and website service capable of GPS tracking inReach SE two-way Iridium satellite communicators paired with up to 40 inReach 1.5 two-way Iridium satellite communicators (group-tracking) that can be airdropped simultaneously from each C-17, C130H, and C-130J aircraft operating anywhere in the world.  There are 1,736 battery-operated two-way satellite communicators distributed among 44 tenant accounts that need server service to host Iridium short-burst messages and a website to plot the location of the devices on map imagery and in tabular format. The purpose of an Airdrop Item Tracking System (AITS) Web Portal Service (WPS) is to provide airdrop mission planners, tacticians, aircrew members, and commanders with tabular data and map imagery for near real-time situational awareness of airdropped items.  The airdrop tracking server and website enables them to assess the effect of the airdrop mission, to include potential unintended damage to ground structure, and assist ground forces in locating and recovering airdropped items from the drop zone (DZ) or objective area.  The group tracking website server must be able to receive and send acknowledgment of reception (two-way messaging) from inReach SE and inReach 1.5 GPS data using Advanced Encryption Standard 256 (AES 256) short burst data messages through the Department of Defense (DoD) Iridium
