Project: tender_6725 - Operation and Management of Food Services Operation and Management of Food Services at the Ontario Science Centre
The objective of the RFB is to procure a Food Service Operator for the Centre located at 770 Don Mills Road, Toronto, ON. This will include:
i.    The operation and management of fixed and temporary retail food service outlets.
ii.    Delivery of non-exclusive catering services.
iii.    The operation and management of vending machines.
The Successful Bidder will maximize

visitor and client satisfaction and revenue to the Centre. The quality and variety of food and beverage products is a matter of highest concern to the Centre. All food and beverage products and other miscellaneous items sold or kept for sale by the Bidder at the Centre shall be fresh, high quality, nutritious, and conform in all respects to all applicable federal, provincial, regional, and municipal legislation, by-laws, ordinances, and regulations as appropriate. The Centre reserves the right to prohibit sale of any product it deems to be unsatisfactory or inappropriate.
Of equal importance is the fundamental requirement to maintain a contemporary, safe, attractive, and updated environment in each of the food service facilities and the food services are visitor focused and efficiently operated and managed by the Bidder.
