Description of Procurement The City of Calgary’s Asset Management Planning division is seeking proposals from experienced organizations to provide a Corporate-wide Capital Planning Asset Management Solution that can deliver an asset investment optimization solution to align with City asset management planning and strategies. The successful proponent will be responsible for the following. - Long-term infrastructure capital planning. - Optimization and prioritization of capital investments. - Long-term lifecycle analysis & forecasting. - Asset performance modelling (risk and level of service modelling). - Infrastructure growth planning. - Corporate asset registry and data management. - Reports, graphs and dashboards. - Interface and integrate with other City-based On-prem and/or cloud solutions. 3. Free Trade Requirement Paragraph (Binding or Non-binding) This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Agreement Term Unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the Information Table under Agreement(s), Terms, Renewal and Proof of Concept (PoC), it is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The Agreement may include a PoC for a period to be specified in the Information Table. The term of the Agreement will be for initial term of two (2) years and may be renewed for up to four (4) times for three (3) years each time. Other agreement(s) related to the use or maintenance and support of any of the Deliverables may also be negotiated and
