The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, parts, hardware, equipment,travel, and delivery for quantity five (5) each “new condition/one trip” 40 Ft. Conex StorageContainers or better (categorized as Conex: 1A, 1B, 3A, 3B, 3C) that shall be “repurposed” toconstruct one (1) each Multi-Container Building (Conex 1A/1B) and three (3) each Roll-Up Door(RUD) Storage Units (Conex 3A/3B/3C). The Conex structural modifications and associatedoptions/accessories shall include, but, not limited to the following custom interior/exterior options, asapplicable: roll-up or standard doors, flooring, walls, windows, insulation, paint, electrical/ lighting,vents, and/or packaged terminal air conditioners (PTAC). In addition, these units shall include theshrink wrap protection, flatbed delivery, post-delivery on-site blocking and leveling, any cleanup/waste disposal, and twelve (12)-month warranty coverage. The Multi-Container Building willhave climate control capabilities and provide dual roles to accommodate a Tool Storage Space and atemporary Personnel Temp Station —positioned at the F-15 Purge Station Tent. The remaining three(3) containers will be Roll-Up Door (RUD) Storage Units which will vented storage space for PDMkits—positioned outside of Bldg. 131. These modified storage containers will be utilized to supportthe 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) for a Period of Performance of 12 Months ARO andin accordance with the attached PD dated 26 July 2022 to Robins Air Force Base,
