This Contract covers the following work for the Old Pumphouse room at Kent Maximum Institution, Agassiz, B.C.: 1)Installation of water treatment calcite contactors and associated equipment and control system. 2)Upgrade of existing HVAC system, installation of new humidity control system, and associated control system. 3)Structural and Electrical work to support the above mentioned work. 4)Painting of walls and existing piping. 5)Complete testing and balancing (TAB) and commissioning of each system and hand-over to the owner. 6)Removal of air ducts containing asbestos in duct seals.
