Local Time BACKGROUND INFORMATION Project Description: The purpose of this request for proposals is to solicit professional planning and engineering services from qualified firms to create the City of Watertown Bicycle and Pedestrian Network Master Plan which will vastly improve the utilitarian and recreational bicycle and pedestrian transportation network throughout the City of Watertown and surrounding region. The Bicycle and Pedestrian Path Master Plan will maintain or improve the City’s status by the League of American Bicyclists and well position the City to aggressively compete for grant projects involving bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure improvements. The City received Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Transportation Alternative Program (TAP) funding for this project.
