U.S. Army Contracting Command intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract to Arrow Tech Associates, 1233 Shelburne Rd, Suite D7, South Burlington, VT 05403 for delivery of PRODAS Software and licenses, including software maintenance for the Armament Research and Development Center (ARDEC) at Picatinny Arsenal. Arrow Tech Associates is a Small Business.The requirement is for software license renewals for forty (40) user network keys and fifteen (15) individual access keys to PRODAS software, including software maintenance support and updates for twelve (12) months with 4 options years.A Sole Source Justification and Approval (FAR 13.5) was approved 2 August 2018. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or proposal, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS code for this effort is 541690 and the small business sized standard is $15M. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than August 23, 2018 in writing.
