Jordan School District is invited interested offerors to provide, deliver and/or install various pieces of equipment for the weight room at Copper Hills High School in West Jordan, Utah.
Wherever in this document an item is defined by using a trade or brand name of a manufacturer or model number, it is intended that the words “or equivalent” apply. Or equivalent means any other brand that is equal to or greater than, in use, quality, economy and performance to the brand listed, as determined solely by the District.
Cost of installation for the Half Racks, Storage Racks and Resistance Band Anchor must include manufacturer's approved assembly and installation, to ensure proper warranty.
Shipping costs must be included in the price of each item, FOB Freight PPD and Added to West Jordan, UT.
The preference of the District is to award the bid to one vendor with complete installation and assembly of equipment by June 15, 2021 and no later than August 1, 2021. However, items have been grouped according to category (Lot) and may be divided and awarded to multiple vendors in the best interest of Jordan School District. Equipment can be delivered and installed anytime before that deadline, but failure to install equipment by the Aug. 1st deadline will result in liquidated damages of $100 per day.
